Our family spent lovely 10 days during new year in the apartment.
Location is very good- 10-15 mins of walking to most of touristic attractions, but not touristic at all. No noisy neighbors and bars(We have never heard the one in the building, as Laura said) Pretty decent small supermarket is next door, but if you want bigger selection of food and wine- you will have to go pingo doce near Rato is 10-15 mins away . Kitchen has necessary kitchenware and dishwasher(!). The are a lot of electric heaters in the apartment- so you can warm it up within half of day during winter. Laura who met us is a very kind person and provided a lot of information. Generally- I highly recommend the place and agency. |

Spent a lovely few days at this apartment, which comes with everything you could need for a nice stay. The apartment itself is very clean and well furnished. It has one queen-sized bed and two single beds – very comfortable for 4 people. Just a few steps away from the apartment you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, and an amazing ice cream shop. Check-in was quick and easy and Laura gave us many details about the apartment. All in all, a great stay!

Luis’ place is fantastic! It was super spacious for our family of three. The whole place was light and airy, too. It has a gorgeous view of the square. It was fantastic to have a washing machine for clothes, and the bathroom (and water pressure in the shower) was great. Plus everything was so clean! We were in a wonderful location (very quite during sleeping hours, but lots of things going on nearby). Everything was within walking distance (plus there is a bus stop right out front and a metro stop ten minutes away). There was a supermarket next door and lots of restaurants nearby.

Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Ausgehviertel entfernt. Dennoch ist es am Placa das Flores ruhig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung vorhanden. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Appartement spacieux aux volumes agréablement répartis, situé sur une jolie place arborée (on apprécie l'ombre par temps chaud) et animée (public assez agréable). Les lieux sont bien équipés et le mobilier est joli dans sa simplicité. Chambres calmes, à condition que les occupants du dessus - touristes eux aussi - le soient également (on entend les bruits d'un étage à l'autre). Ne ratez pas les glaces de Nannarella (Rua Nova de Piedade), le pão de lo de canela, dessert délicieusement léger chez Pão de Canela sur la place, et le petit resto végétarien Aloha café, rua do monte Olivete (hélas fermé le soir). Je vous conseille les bus qui s'arrêtent rue San Bento, et qui vous emmènent côté Tage en un clin d'oeil. Cet appartement est donné en location par une agence, non par un particulier.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt hinter Bairro Alto. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Bäcker) direkt vor der Haustüre, auch die Bushaltestelle. Vor allem vielen Dank an Laura für den Tipp mit Uber.

We loved this bright apartment that overlooks the park. There's loads of space, Laura the manager is very helpful, in general everything works and the beds are comfortable. Turning the shower off is quite tricky and there was a bit of a drain smell in the bathroom (which seems common in Lisbon). You can hear your neighbors walking around upstairs (unless they remember to take off their shoes), but that's expected in older buildings with wooden floors. These are minor gripes. The space and the location more than make up for minor inconveniences so it's easy and a pleasure to recommend this apartment. You can easily walk downhill from here to the busier areas and then get a bus back up to the Jardim de Principe. From there it's a short walk through the park and more downhill to the apartment. The small supermarket is a step away so very handy. We loved this place.

Un entorno precioso, farmacia, un super y tienditas alrededor, aparte de unos cuantos buenos restaurantes en la plaza y clubs por la zona. Un sitio ideal no ya para las vacaciones, sino para vivir. En lo menos bueno: no está lejos del centro, pero con tantas cuestas, hay que mentalizarse para volver cansado tras la jornada turística.

Tolle Wohnung. Sehr zentral an einem schönen Platz gelegen. Küche komplett, alles was man braucht. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 15 -20 min zu erreichen.

Luis and Laura were wonderful hosts. They provided detailed information about the apartment and Lisbon. Laura took time to show us everything and answer our questions when we arrived. On our request, they even arranged a taxi for us when it came time to leave. Everything was as it was described. The apartment was beautiful and very well furnished. It would very comfortably accommodate four people, providing the privacy of two bedrooms. The apartment was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well furnished, including a great clothes washer. There is a minor ventilation problem in the bathroom, but it did not trouble us. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, so this is a typical problem and not due to any inattention from Luis. The apartment looks out on a lovely plaza with trees. There is a great cafe and a grocery store right in the plaza and numerous restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed walking into town Lisbon is very hilly but we enjoyed the walk each day. Be sure to bring shoes with good skid-resistant soles for Lisbon. The sidewalks are beautiful cobblestone, but they've been worn smooth over the centuries. The metro is a 510 minute walk if you don't enjoy the walk into town, and there is a bus stop right on the plaza if you don't like the walk to the Metro! If I return to Lisbon, I would definitely stay here again. Very highly recommended.
