With quality and comfort, this apartment is located in the calm and peaceful area of Guia. The area is surrounded by vegetation and you can feel an atmosphere surrounded by pleasant trees and plants. A short distance away is Casa da Guia, with its impressive views over the Ocean, good shops and quality restaurants. There you can take your bicycle and travel along the coast for 6km of cycle path that ends at Guincho beach. The area invites you to go along the cycle path to Guincho Beach, to walk, run or cycle.
Cascais town centre is less than 5 minutes by car or bus. The area is known for its golf courses and Guincho beach is famous for sports like surfing and kite surfing. Eating fish is a must in the region and there are excellent quality restaurants to savour the local gastronomy, grilled fish, salt-baked or in bread.
The apartment is large, bright and welcoming. It has a large living room that you can use to watch TV, use the table to enjoy a meal or simply relax and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The kitchen is also large and well equipped, with a large door to access the living room. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has 3 single beds. Both bathrooms have showers. Parking is very easy on the surrounding streets, as it is a quiet residential area. Wi-Fi is available. In summary, you have everything to make your stay experience in Cascais a memorable one.
