Modern and stylish two bedroom duplex in Penha de França. Air conditioning, wifi and cable TV. Accomodates a maximum of 5 people.
Fantastic duplex situated in Penha de França in the 2nd floor of a building without elevator. The apartment was totaly renovated. In the entrance floor there is a living room with seating area, a TV and a table with chairs where you can enjoy your meals. The open kitchen is modern and has everything you can ask for. Oven, stove, fridge freezer full size, microwave, dish washer, washing machine etc. It has also one bathroom with a shower cabin. There is air conditioning on this floor. In the upper floor you have two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a single or double bed. Both bedrooms have roof windows and airconditioning. There is another bathroom with a shower.
Buses are available at a few meters, lines 706, 735 and 797 and the closest metro station (Arroios - Praça do Chile) is at walking distance.
The design, decoration and materials make this a unique apartment for you to enjoy your Lisbon discovery.
Please note that renovation works will be carried out on one of the building's apartment, starting on October 2023, with an expected duration of 5 months. Some noise may occur.

I have stayed in dozens of AirBB since 2014. This apartment is the best I have experienced. It is managed by a rental company. It is stylish and sparkling clean. The amenities are amazing, including airconditioning in every room, a laundry machine, a dishwasher, a well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen, toiletries, extra towels, hair dryer, irons, etc. It has everything I needed during my one-week stay. The fresh fruits and drinks are a nice touch. The neighborhood is quiet and close to markets, restaurants, and public transportation. It is a 20-minute walk to downtown, close to Graca. It gives a flavor of an old Lisbon neighborhood.

Lights in hallway and down stairs were half not working requiring your own lighting , issue raised but not addressed during our stay. Little far from metro.

We never got to meet Luis but we did get a chance to meet Maria and Joao. They are a great couple who helped to make our stay enjoyable. We were met at the apartment and he helped me with my luggage. We had to climb 3 small flights of stairs to get tsee more

We had to climb 3 small flights of stairs to get to the duplex, It was worth it . It is a spacious well cared for clean modern 2 floor apartment. They have all the amenities necessary for a short and long stay. It is a residential area about 15 min by carpublic transportation to the main part of the tourist area . Parking in the city is difficult but we always managed . We enjoyed touring on our own.

Logement que je qualifierais de luxueux, totalement équipé pour ce qui est des accessoires de cuisine, lave-linge etc. Nous avons initialement craint que la petite chambre ne ferait pas l'affaire pour le couple, toutefois après avoir modifié le lit simple pour en faire un lit double, tout était parfait, amplement suffisamment d'espace dans cette pièce pour y être confortable à deux. Si je puis me permettre, je suggérerais au propriétaire de faire l'ajustement requis au bon glissement de la porte coulissante de la salle de bain à l'étage. Pour le reste, les deux couples que nous étions considérons avoir été choyés par ce logement.

En la zona tienes supermercados y comercios de todo tipo. El único inconveniente es que se encuentra algo alejado de las zonas turísticas y aunque tiene una estación de metro cerca cuando estuve estaba en obras y nos tocó usar taxi que para 4 personas salía más barato que el transporte público. Lo recomiendo sin duda.

Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, unten schöner Wohn/Eß- und Kochbereich, oben zwei Schlafzimmer und auf jeder Etage ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles ziemlich modern. Die Lage ist nicht ganz zentral, aber die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, von da kommt man schnell überall hin. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, als Begrüßungsgeschenk reichlich frisches Obst, einige Süßigkeiten sowie eine Flasche Wein, zudem einige Flaschen Wasser. Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und weitere Haushalsutensilien reichlich vorhanden. Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit einem Waschbecken in einem Bad, was schnell und problemlos behoben wurde. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation komplikationslos und alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In die Etage mit den Schlafzimmern führt eine Wendeltreppe ohne Geländer, von daher für Kleinkinder und ältere Leute wohl nicht so geeignet. Wir können wir Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
